Headache is a frequent complaint in coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) patients. Nevertheless, no detailed information on the pathophysiology of headache COVID-19 infection currently limited. We encountered patient developing headache, diplopia, and intracranial hypertension after infection. The more complained diplopia pressure was normalized.
